Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
1. The rider needs to be 18 years of age or older to rent a bike. If the rider is under the stipulated age, his or her order will be cancelled without any refund.
2. The documents mentioned below need to be verified, in original, for each rider.
1. Document 1 – Driving License
2. Document 2 – Passport, Election Card, Aadhaar Card. (Any one of the above).
3. Two-wheeler bookings are subject to availability. Zuupbikes reserves the right to cancel any booking if deemed necessary.
4. Rider should respect and follow Traffic rules and regulations. All Challans issued due to rider negligence need to be paid in full to the penalizing authority.
5. Driving under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs is strictly prohibited. Zuupbikes will not be responsible to compensate for any mishaps and their consequences in such cases. The customer will be liable to pay for all damages to the vendor for the same.
6. Customer has to drop the bike at the same location from where it was picked up. No requests will be accommodated for a change in the drop location.
7. In case a customer feels that they will be late for the drop, they should call the field executive or customer care and ask for a trip extension. Extensions are subject to availability.
8. The Pick-up date, time and location cannot be changed once a booking is confirmed.
9. Check-in (9:00 AM)& Check-out(9:00 PM) timings will be followed strictly.
1. The two-wheeler needs to be returned at the specified Date and Time as mentioned on the website/invoice copy. A delay of more than 15 minutes without intimating ZuupBikes executive will cause penalty.
2. A Trip extension request is to be made at least 1 hour before the drop-off time. Such requests are to be made to the online or ZuupBikes executive/Franchisee over the phone. The request will be confirmed or denied as per the availability of bikes. In case the customer doesn’t drop the bike in spite of a denied extension request, penalty charges will be applicable.
3. The customer is not authorized to lend the two-wheeler to any person without first informing ZuupBikes Authority. In such cases we will need to verify the documents of the additional rider before starting the trip.
4. In case of minor damages to the helmet, the customer is liable to pay fine as per vendor.
5. In case of damage to the two-wheeler on rent due to accident/mishandling/carelessness, appropriate charges will be calculated by the Franchisee owner or ZuupBikes exective and the customer is liable to pay the same along with the daily tariff until the bike is ready for renting again.
6. In case of theft, the customer is liable to pay, in full, the market rate of the two-wheeler.
7. In case of engine fault or failure, the customer needs to contact the ZuupBikes Field Executive or Franchisee before getting any repairs done. The original printed invoice is mandatory to claim reimbursement for the same.
8. For any cancellation or refund, it takes 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

Welcome to Zuupbikes. This App, website & Platform is owned and operated by ZUUPBIKES BIKE SERVICES PVT. LTD., with its registered office at 401, Eligence Aspirio Society, Ganraj Chowk, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra – 411045. By using our Zuupbikes services or renting a Bike through Zuupbikes, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. By clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button on this electronic contract, you are consenting to be bound by this User Agreement. Please ensure that you read and understand all the provisions of this document before you start using Zuupbikes.
If you do not agree or accept any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, then please do not use Zuupbikes or avail any of the services provided therein.
If this document is not in a language that you understand, you shall contact Zuupbikes at the email support@zuupbikes.com. Failure to do so within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours from the time of receipt of this document and your acceptance of this document by clicking the “I ACCEPT” button shall be considered as your understanding of this document.
**Agreement to Terms**
1.1. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User” or “Rider”), and ONEPOINT BIKE SERVICES PVT. LTD., doing business as Zuupbikes (“Zuupbikes”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Zuupbikes App, website, platform, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile App related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
1.2. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App, and you must discontinue use immediately.
1.3. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the App from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use from time to time.
1.4. The information provided on the App is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
1.5. Users shall provide their financial data and details only after agreeing to the terms of use.
**Responsible Use**
2.1. By using Zuupbikes, you represent and warrant that:
2.1.1. All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
2.1.2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
2.1.3. You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
2.1.4. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
2.1.5. You will not access the App through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
2.1.6. You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2.1.7. Your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
2.2. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the App (or any portion thereof).
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your accounts.
2.4. Accessing (or attempting to access) Zuupbikes by any means other than through the means we provide is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) Zuupbikes through any automated, unethical, or unconventional means.
2.5. Zuupbikes does not screen or censor the customers who register on or access the Zuupbikes platform. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the App. You agree to use Zuupbikes only for lawful purposes without infringing the rights of any third party.
2.6. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you.
2.7. The user agrees to always respect and follow all traffic rules and regulations, and the user shall be solely liable to pay any challan issued by the relevant authority during the possession of a bike in their capacity.
2.8. The user further agrees not to ride the bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as it is strictly prohibited by the authorities. Zuupbikes shall not be liable or responsible for any mischief happening during the possession of the bike, and the user shall be solely liable to pay for all damages occurred during that period.
2.9. The user agrees not to further rent or lend the bike or two-wheeler to any other person without obtaining the prior approval of Zuupbikes or the Franchisee.
**Account Terms and Service Booking**
3.1. In order to book a bike on rent through Zuupbikes App, website, platform, you may be required to register with an account on Zuupbikes by providing the required details, such as your Personal Identification Information. You agree to keep your User ID and Password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
3.2. To complete your Account registration or to facilitate service delivery, you must provide us with your full legal name, business address, phone number, a valid email address, area pin code, your driving license copy, aadhar card, and any other relevant information indicated as required.
3.3. You acknowledge that Zuupbikes will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). You must monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to Zuupbikes, and your Primary Email Address must be capable of both sending and receiving messages.
3.4. Zuupbikes allows users to book a bike on rent through its App. Upon acceptance of such booking request, Zuupbikes, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, shall help in facilitating the renting bike services through onboarded Vendors requested by the users through Zuupbikes App, website, platform.
3.5. Zuupbikes does not own, rent, or offer such bike renting services on its own. These services are offered by onboarded Franchisee, Vendors, or Service Providers only, and Zuupbikes is an online service providing platform by engaging them. We reserve the right to refuse the services on the App at our sole discretion to anyone for any reason at any time.
3.6. We generally send the confirmation mail for booking order or notification for the booking to the user within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the booking confirmation
1. Cancellation Charges are applicable as mentioned below:
2. 0-24 Hours before the start of the trip – The entire amount the customer pays will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be NO REFUND made for such cancellations.
3. More than 24 hours before the start of the trip – 20% of the amount paid by the customer will be reduced as a cancellation fee and the remaining 80% of the amount will be refunded. The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account within 7-10 business days.
4. If ZuupBikes cancel any booking due to nonavailability, a full refund will be initiated.
5. Once the refund request is approved. The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 7 to 10 days to the original mode of payment.
6. No refund for cancellation of bookings post advance payment.
7. ZuupBikes has complete authority to cancel the booking without prior notice.
